Cummings...I've always found this one a delight. Cummings is the weak link but Arthur is sprightly and I adore Spring Byington in anything. One of the things I like about it best is that though Coburn, Gwenn and Spring are on in years they aren't treated as doddering simpletons but flesh and blood people capable and willing to pursue romance. <br /><br />Maybe not one for the ages but a highly enjoyable film that offers some social commentary along with the courtship.joel65913https://www.blogger.com/profile/14526657073681774683noreply@blogger.com
