For...There are so many things to like in this film. For me the most remarkable is how far ahead of its time it is. Give it color and it could have been made last year. You need to see the cars and hairstyles to convince yourself that you are back in the fifties. I keep wondering how Wilder managed to avoid getting blacklisted. <br />Wilder is also fast becoming my favorite director. On the DVD there was a feature on Wilder called Portrait of a "60% Perfect Man: Billy Wilder. Have you seen that one?
