I've only watched the latter for the first time just recently. I was not at all impressed with the screenplay, so its nomination perplexes me. I loved how it handled the family of the Hanks character, but all of the courtroom stuff was terribly written and that made up the bulk of the film. Thank goodness for Washington, Hanks, and Banderas. They saved it. I would also go with Groundhog Day, but I still have to see the Three Colors trilogy.Dellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05634519605152190304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3166297507174717122.post-61927421168025560322016-06-25T08:40:26.938-05:002016-06-25T08:40:26.938-05:00I think it's clearly one of the biggest misses...I think it's clearly one of the biggest misses of the decade for Oscar to not even put it in the mix. Not just for the gags and Bill Murray, but because the script is, or rather, was truly unique. At home we love to quote it.TSorensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12208153011927807857noreply@blogger.com
